Jax Exterior Cleaning & Paver Sealing

Wow! Just wow! I can't believe the great job Jax Exterior did our pavers around pool and outside patio. We didn't have any sealant added when we had the pavers added and I regretted it every year that I had to try and keep them clean. Well the before and after pictures will show the difference. I'm am very happy with the company and the guys that came out to clean everything. Looks great! Highly recommended!!

Update: the company asked. I reached out to their office. I did in March. I was told Zach would call me back, which he never did. Weeks later… I reached back out in an appointment was scheduled for May 11. Their employee reached out to say he was on his way and then said he couldn’t make it because of rain. Here we are two weeks later and this still has not been rectified. I have zero confidence in their ability to rectify this situation and want a full refund for incomplete work. Super bummed to have to post this review, as I always reach out to businesses first to have a chance to correct work. In fact, I’ve posted 36 reviews on Google and 34 have been 5 star reviews, so I do not take this lightly. But as I have several neighbors shopping around right now to have their pavers sealed, I think this needs to be said to make sure you are cautious. In October 14,2025 I paid $3864.71 to Jax Exterior. I paid in one lump sum check before the job was completed, and I deeply regret it. Getting the crew out was incredibly difficult and communication was horrible. One day the truck ran out of gas and they couldn’t make it. Next day rain (which I very much understand and give Grace for) the next day. There was another excuse when the day finally came for the appointment. I wrote the check and expected them to do a great job. I got a text message from the crew leader that it had rain and to let them know if it kept raining that day and they would come back and finish. Five months later, no one has ever come back, no one has ever contacted me. You can barely tell m the pavers were sealed. There’s no sheen and there’s almost no sand anywhere except for some spots. Compare this to my neighbors who have all had work done by other companies and mine looks the worst. As months went by and I grew frustrated. I reached out to the office by email on 3/25/26. They asked that I call the office. I did. Someone answered the phone and I expressed my concern and they said “oh that you need to talk to Zach. He will call you”. Two weeks went by and I emailed again on Monday 4/6, because I had not not heard back. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I tried other avenues first. I always would give people the chance to correct their work, as things happen, but they are not contacting me back.
