Jax Auto Lab & Repair Shop

I rarely leave reviews, but Derek and Josh at Jax Auto Lab and Repair Shop absolutely earned this one. I had an A/C issue that my regular mechanic wasn’t able to handle. While searching for a shop that specialized in this type of repair, I came across Jax Auto Lab and Repair Shop and was impressed by their excellent Google reviews. I’m so glad I decided to give them a call. Derek was fantastic from the start. He gave me a quote over the phone and immediately texted it to me, making it easy to review and approve. My appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. What impressed me most was their honesty. Derek and Josh were upfront about repairs they felt I didn’t need, which is something you don’t find often these days. I drive a 2008 Lexus ES 350, so I’m sure there will be more maintenance and repairs down the road. Jax Auto Lab and Repair Shop has definitely earned my future business. If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and trustworthy repair shop, I highly recommend them.

If you want a great experience and your auto well cared for Jax Auto Labs is it! My third time there for basic maintenance. They run on time, polite and do a great job. This time though they went above and beyond and removed film that has been left on my hood making it look dirty and gross. Looks like a new car! Thanks guys!!

I’m so grateful for finding out about Jax auto lab from a friend of mine. Josh was professional, honest, Knowledgeable And fast. Not only did he get Get me on the same day that I called, but I saved money going there and not breaks or less or any of those other chain brake places. He also saved me time because it only took him 45 minutes to do the whole job. I will definitely be going back.

***Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectable, Honest*** Jax Auto Lab provided me with service second to none! Josh and Derek are proven professionals that take their time to understand your situation, diagnose, and solve whatever auto issue you may have. They were upfront and transparent from start to finish. Communicating every step of the way, also took time and consideration with my questions and concerns . Easily could’ve made unnecessary recommendations, but instead had my best interests in mind to make sure my vehicle was safe and sound on the road. Repairs were executed precisely and expeditiously! In a short time this establishment earned my trust in an industry that all too often is dishonest and uncertain . I will recommend to anybody I know that needs any auto service and will most certainly be a returning customer! Thank you kindly Jax Auto Lab! -Travis Schafer
