  Moving from a different state, I didn’t know a local realtor, so I relied on the internet to do my research and came across Jason Neely’s name. I’m so glad I did! From the beginning, Jason did not disappoint. Even though I wasn’t quite ready to buy, he answered all my questions and sent me listings based on my criteria at the time. Over the next six months, I reached out to him multiple times with additional questions and different criteria, and he always took the time to help me and send me the latest information. When an offer came in on my house with a quick closing date, I didn’t give Jason much notice to get things set up here. It was the busy beginning of summer, yet he was able to get me in to see all the condos that fit my criteria. He also added a few places that didn’t exactly meet my them but felt were worth taking a look at. It was one of those places that I ultimately ended up purchasing! Navigating the entire process from several states away was going to be stressful enough, but Jason made it go as smoothly as possible. I decided to have some work done on the unit before arriving and moving in, and he had the right contacts and helped make the arrangements to get the work completed within my timeframe. Even after closing, I’ve reached out to Jason multiple times, and he has never hesitated to answer my questions or help me find the right people who could assist me. Jason is definitely the person you want standing by your side when buying a home. He took away so much of the stress that comes with buying and selling, and if I ever decide to do this again, he would be the only one I’d consider. An awesome realtor—and now a new friend!
