I’ve been to a lot of shops over the years, but Jay at J&A is hands down the most reliable. He’s straight-up with you about what’s wrong and doesn’t try to push extra repairs. Brought my car in for what I thought was a big issue… he found the real problem, fixed it quick, and the price was super fair. He even kept me updated the whole time. You can tell he takes pride in his work. If you’re tired of getting the runaround from other places, go see Jay!
The owner is very kind and patient, especially with all my questions. He fixed my Ac so fast, I’m so happy it works because it’s suppose to be cold in Fl and it’s still hot; so glad I have AC. He clearly knows what he’s doing, he gives fair prices—I think I found my mechanic! Will definitely go here again for future car issues!
I recently visited Auto Repair and Diagnostics and I’m very satisfied with their service. The team was professional, honest, and completed the work quickly. My car runs smoothly now, and they clearly explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jay is hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with! He’s transparent, knows exactly what he’s doing, and explains everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure you’re comfortable with the process. Overall, a 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone!
Was out of town working when my front end gave up. He got it done on the day I asked for it and took good care of me at a good price! Highly recommend jay!
