We stumbled upon their event as we left the library. Great job putting together such a fun time! The vendors and volunteers were so friendly and lively. We noticed how attentive security was as well. Great time! We will be back.

Nice little urban park in Downtown Jacksonville. There are many things around like City Hall, Art museum, library. I enjoyed walking around and seeing murals and art pieces on streets.
stopped by James Weldon Johnson Park during Art Walk Night and was blown away by the energy and creativity on display. The park came alive with local artists showcasing their work, live music filling the ai, and food trucks lining the edges with the scent of great eats. The lighting and setup gave the whole space a vibrant, welcoming vibe. It was the perfect mix of community, culture, and downtown nightlife. Whether you're into visual art, live performance, or just enjoying a good crowd, Art Walk at JWJ Park is a must-experience part of Jacksonville's local scene.
The itinerary - main Street library, select a book. Walk across the street and find a seat. Read book. ✅ If you go during the week you will find live music and food trucks. ✅ Yes, there will be some unhoused people in the park. They are humans. Say hi. The park is extremely clean and well maintained. Staff is there everyday doing upkeep.
