James was a blessing and vital to making our move as seamless as possible. We moved with very little knowledge of this area. James held our hand through out the entire process. He helped us drill down to our dream community & took care of all the upfront conversations with our builder while making sure things were progressing smoothly. He attended every meeting, helped with reviewing contracts, and provided a seasoned pair of eyes during the walk through. He was extremely organized, professional and genuinely caring! We could not have done it without him! Our experience was so wonderful that my father used him to purchase his home near by. Will recommend anyone who is looking in the area to give him a call! 10/10!!!
I met James one day while I was performing an inspection on a house when he first began his career in real estate. The way he treated his clients and how much he fought for his clients throughout the inspection process impressed me so much, that when the time came to buy my first house, he was my first and only phone call. He made my home buying experience so pleasant and quick, that 3 years later when I decided to move again, he helped me sell my house in about 1 month. If you're buying or selling in the Northeast Florida area, James Streit should be your first and only choice as well.
We recently made the move from PA to Florida and we’re fortunate enough to have James recommended to us by friends. Moving from out of state is stressful and from day 1 James made us feel at ease and made the process simple and easy. James spent 2 days driving us around showing us the area and explaining the pros and cons of each builder in the area that we honed in on. In the end we winded up in a perfect area and I don’t think it would have been possible if not for James. He took the time upfront to show us all areas of interest to help us narrow down and ultimately select a home that is perfect for us. We have moved a few times before, but this was by far the best experience considering we were moving from another state. 10000% use James if you have the chance.
We have bought two homes now with James' assistance. I couldn't imagine using anyone else. We have bought our fair share of homes and properties over the years and James is BY FAR the most conscientious, thorough, proactive and helpful realtor I have worked with. Highly recommend.
