James Osborne is very good. He is very thorough, by staying on top of my medications, blood work and and scheduling recommended tests. When going over my blood work he explains things very well and is very patient. He listens and addresses any of my questions or concerns. The staff are all freindly and professional.
The office practice is great. However, the PA is not an asset to the office. I have experienced 2 visits with him…I do not care if I have to WAIT months to see Dr. Odigie (each time he said her name, it was a different pronunciation). He showed absolutely no empathy. I recently was diagnosed with a condition that could be fatal; he never once showed any care or compassion. Aside from the PA, I have NOT ONE complaint.
From check-in to check-out, all of the staff made the environment feel warm, welcoming, and friendly. Mr. Osborne is a very respectful and caring primary care doctor. He takes the time to truly listen and understand your health concerns rather than rushing through appointments. He explains things clearly and provides recommendations that are tailored to your specific needs. I appreciate how attentive and thoughtful he is when it comes to patient care. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout my entire visit.
Mr. Osborne in an excellent PA! Very informative, explains the "whys" to better help the patient. And he has a sense of humor, which really helps put patients at ease.
