Came in to add some charms and Mrs. Donna was sooooo helpful. She went above and beyond. I am very thankful. There isn’t a James Avery in Michigan so whenever I am in Jacksonville- I will purchase from this location. Her customer service was phenomenal.

It was a rocky start after not being noticed for half an hour and this was my first time here, but Richard more than made up for it. He is a wonderful conversationalist and a kind soul. I will definitely be back.
it was a little hard to find since I'm used to them having their own store instead of joining in one, but once I found it service was great. I was helped right away and my charms were added on quicker than what I am used to.
The store is inside of Dillard's. That was new for me, I'm so used to a store. Excellent service and clean. I will be going back there very soon.
