After my daughter was assaulted and we finished court and trauma therapy, I was left with such a mound of debt I started working side jobs as much as I could, i dont get to spend any time with my kids I don't go out with friends. I do nothing but work and take care of my kids. It's been almost 2 years and it all felt like so much that I created a GoFundMe but again I have no friends so who's gonna donate so in a day where I was so mentally down, I decided to look for help and I found this number I called and left a message a little while later I got a message message from Lisa I told her I was mentally in a weak spot being overwhelmed by all of the debt she told me to come in and she would see what she could do to help me. She asked what day I could come in, and I explained to Her I only get two days a week with FMLA that I can use to take time off and with her medication appointments, psychiatrist, behavioral therapist and play therapist that we still see it leaves me tight on scheduling anything else so i set the appointment about a week out and spent the last week praying there would be help for me here so the day of the appointment is here i show up 15 min early so in do my forms and wait and wait and wait about 46 min after the scheduled appointment time and 1 hour since i had arrived the receptionist said she reached out to her and she was told she has to go get her car and wouldnt be back until 12! I took time off unpaid to be here putting me further in debt be thought there would be help here but i was wrong and there wasnt even enough decency to tell me before my appointment or even a few mins in it took the receptionist to reach out to her or else she would have just left me sitting all i can say is if this is what's offered to people barley hanging on then the number should be removed i cant even breathe right now trying to figure out how im going to close the gap of the time off i took thinking it would be worth it and might help me but i was wrong i am in it alone there is no help and i have to just keep on trying to keep my head above water until i get out of this drowning situation i think i feel worse now than the moment i felt so broken i finally started asking for help it is just another attacks in a string of attacks from the devil the way i was brushed off as so unimportant when i told her the situation with taking time off and how hard it is for me so to ask me to come back again with no guarantee of help after this just happened and now im even farther behind its just to much to even think about and no one should be left sitting so long when you know you have them scheduled least you could have done is told the receptionist sooner as you didnt find out that late you couldn't make it you just didnt care the affects it would have on anyone other than yourself
