I had a truly positive experience at this clinic. The staff was professional, welcoming, and respectful from the moment I walked in. The clinicians were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. What stood out most was the compassionate care I received. I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout every step of the process. The environment was clean and calming, and everything was clearly explained, which helped ease my anxiety. If there were ever a reason why Google Reviews should permit a zero star rating, this company would be it. Do NOT take my one star as being indicative that I actually believe this office is worthy of a single star. Management = zero stars, based on my personal evaluation of how she interacts with employees and her rude attitude. Doctor = zero stars, based on his failure to correct management as well as general attitude. Employees = two five stars, one zero star. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that both five star employees got smart and left the company, I know one did. Ethics = zero stars for waiting until the day of an appointment to cancel it. Professionalism = zero stars for doctor and manager failing to provide a work environment that is welcoming and cohesive, and a patient environment that encourages retention. In the coming weeks I will take the time to be more specific as allowed by Google Reviews, but at the moment I strongly urge everyone to reconsider your choice of so-called "urgent" care, and seek medical treatment elsewhere.
Hello My name is Traci. I've been a patient of Dr. Uche for over a year. My first visit with him was pleasant and life changing. After all the initial labs and test are concluded the results were in. Dr. Uche was direct,kind in his words and honest. The words he spoke to me stirred within. I decided to change everything about my health, eating habits, ect. My mind was the first thing I change. Having a better mind set,seeing myself healthier a better version of me. Then becoming more aware of my food intake and what type of foods like sweets,starches,dairy, grease filled foods such as fried foods. I walked in his office 15 months ago weighing 259lbs. Today ,I walked in weighing 146lbs. Thank you Dr.Uche for being honest with me and taking the time to care about my health. I'm forever grateful. My God's great grace continue to rule and reign in your life. Thank you for allowing me the share my journey with you.
THEY HAVE SOME NERVE! I called to make an appointment for my wife for an immigration exam, and they told me I needed to bring $50 in cash and $210 to pay by card. When my wife arrived, they tried to charge her $350 in cash and $210 by card. I asked them to check the recording of the call where they gave me the prices, but they refused. WHAT'S GOING ON? ARE THEY TRYING TO EVADE TAXES BY TAKING CASH PAYMENTS?
