We are new to the area and only wish we had found Dr. Kevin years ago! The office is always very clean, the service is friendly, and the medical staff is outgoing, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We especially LOVE Ms.T and Dr. Kevin! Dr. Kevin is incredibly thorough and truly listens to his patients. We have been to two different doctors searching for answers and felt completely brushed off. Dr. Kevin took the time to order the appropriate tests to actually find the cause instead of dismissing concerns. Our daughter usually feels more comfortable with female providers, but she immediately felt at ease with Dr. Kevin. That says so much about the kindness, patience, and comfort he brings to his patients! Bonus — they have a great sense of humor and will absolutely make you laugh during your visit! It’s hard to find medical professionals who truly show how much they care about their patients and their work, but this team absolutely does. We also love that they have you wait in your car until your child is called back, so kids aren’t sitting in a waiting room with sick children. Such a thoughtful system for families. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and genuinely caring healthcare providers!

We had Dr. Kevin for our older son at another practice when he was a newborn and had some issues with that practice after he left. So after finding Dr. Kevin again, we had no questions about switching both of our boys over. We drive 45 minutes for appointments and it is worth it for a doctor and office that genuinely cares. Dr. Kevin is great with my 4 month old and my 2 year old. He takes the time to listen to concerns and answers every question. He also did my younger son’s circumcision and did a great job. My son didn’t even cry during the procedure. Mrs. T is also super nice and very accommodating. The Jax Peds after hours number has also been amazing when my younger son was having issues outside of office hours. Have never had issues getting in contact with someone when needed. Would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Kevin Kaysch is one of the brilliant pediatricians I’ve had a pleasure interacting with, who also has the most exquisite bedside manner, which is so uncommon. He took the time to hear my concerns as a new mom, and patiently answer all my mom-xiety questions. He is genuinely knowledgeable, warm, and kind. He draws experience from his own children and makes you feel part of the family. Being a new parent is no easy feat, but Dr.K makes medicine and pediatric sick and well visits enjoyable. Ms.T is thorough and will leave you feeling supported. We are so grateful to have found Jax Pediatrics

Excelente doctor and staff! Dr. Kevin and his entire team provided outstanding care for my son, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Kevin took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine care and professionalism. It’s not easy to find a doctor who is both highly knowledgeable and compassionate, but he truly is. The staff was also amazing always friendly, patient, and willing to help with anything we needed. We are very grateful for the care my son received and highly recommend Dr. Kevin and his team to anyone looking for excellent medical care.
