The employees I interacted with, starting with my initial call to schedule my doctor's appointment, were extremely welcoming, respectful, and educational. I have not seen this type of excellence in a long time. I cannot thank them enough for the impression they left me with. GOD BLESS THEM! This type of care is needed now more than ever!
Doctor
Dr. Crenshaw was absolutely wonderful. He came into my appointment fully prepared, having already reviewed all of my MRIs and X-rays, which immediately gave me confidence in his care. He took the time to explain everything about my knee and what to expect with surgery in a very clear and honest way. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both this thorough and genuinely caring. I feel very comfortable moving forward under his care.
The Doctors and entire staff are excellent! They make you feel comfortable. They follow up with scheduling MRIs, CT Scans and future appointments. They are extremely efficient. I have total confidence in their abilities, surgical practices, etc.
Great friendly staff! From the second I walked in! Everyone was so nice. Dr. Crenshaw was the absolute best! It was refreshing to see a Dr who will listen to the patient and get an understanding of how they are feeling. I’m extremely grateful! I 100% will be back if my injury continues or any other injuries I may have in the future. I highly recommend y’all to anyone and everyone I know!
Rundown: The appointment was scheduled for 10:00am and we were asked to arrive by 9:45am, which we did. We were assigned to a waiting area where we waited approximately 30-40 minutes. We were then called back by a nurse or assistant who greeted us warmly with a smile and they proceeded to escort us back to an exam room. We then spent about 10 minutes going through the normal questions (medications, specifics of the injury, etc.) and we were treated kindly and with respect and had some pleasant chat about personal life. After this we were told the doctor would be in to see us. We then waited approximately 60-70 minutes before we left the exam room to ask when we might be seen by the physician. We felt this was very patient and quite generous given the circumstances. We were informed we were next and that the doctor had been held up. The physician entered the room roughly 5 minutes later and proceeded to discuss the specifics and provide the exam. Overall, Dr. Vosseler was professional, seemed to listen effectively and provided what seemed like sound medical guidance based on the input provided. Conclusions and Review: Had we not waited nearly 2 hours from the time of our arrival to be seen by a physician, we would be inclined to offer a 4 or possibly 5-star review. Given that we had to wait as long as we did or scheduled appointment, that no one (not the receptionist, not the medical assistants or even the doctor himself) at any point ever communicated to us that they were running behind, and that no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for the tremendously long wait, we will generously offer a 3-star review. 2.5/5 would actually be more appropriate simply for the egregiously long wait time with no communication whatsoever. It was only when we spoke up that we were informed the doctor was running behind. We’re not ones to normally be like this, but this strikes us as very unprofessional. If you’re going to be 5-10 minutes late, fine, no explanation is really needed. But if you know you are likely running behind 15+ minutes, let alone hours, just say something to the patient. Communicate. We certainly do not intend to come off as overly salty or rude about this, but we’ve waited in hospital emergency rooms less than 2 hours before being seen before. For this to happen at a scheduled appointment for an orthopedic specialist and with no communication seems inexcusable
