Jacksonville Neighborhood Pool Service

Jacksonville Neighborhood Pool Service provides great pool service. Micah keeps our pool clean, balanced, and well maintained, and he lets us know right away if anything should be checked by our pool contractor. He is punctual, respectful, and always quick to respond to any pool care questions or concerns we have. In the Jacksonville heat, it is a big help to have reliable service that keeps the water clear and swim-ready. I would recommend this service to any pool owner, and it is also great that they work on above ground pools, which can be hard to find.

When we built our home, we dealt with a lot of contractors, but only a small handful were worth calling again, and Jacksonville Neighborhood Pool Service has been one of them ever since. Even years later, i still reach out for pool cleaning, pool advice, and help with pool upgrades because they do really solid work. They explain the best price and layout for what you can afford, and that made the whole pool project much easier. The crews always cleaned up after themselves and did not leave the yard or pool area messy between phases of work. The pool finish and tile work looked top notch, and my husband, who had years of tile experience, was very satisfied with the quality. In Jacksonville’s hot weather, it also mattered to us that the pool was done right and easy to maintain, and they delivered. Any time i called with questions about water care, equipment, or having a new pool installed, i got quick attention and helpful service. ruben was helpful, and jeffery also made the process feel easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would not go anywhere else for pool cleaning or pool-related service.

Jeffery is very knowledgeable and really easy to work with. He handled the pool inspection for me, and the whole job was very thorough and professional. He took the time to walk me through the pool equipment, circulation system, and filter setup in simple terms, and he answered all of my questions with patience. When I had trouble with my jet pump, he even stopped by to check the system and make sure everything was running the way it should. That kind of extra care meant a lot, especially with how important reliable pool service is in Jacksonville’s warm weather. I truly felt like he went above and beyond, and I highly recommend Jacksonville Neighborhood Pool Service for pool repair, inspection, and regular servicing work.
