Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics: Kostur Alexandra M MD

I have two kids 1 yo and 3 yo. Both love the office. My family and kids knows Dr Kostur as very nice, knowledgeable and cooperative pediatrician. We get an same day appointments as sick kids need it, she explains everything well. I never feel rushed, thought I understand that she is very busy. Office stuff is super-nice and friendly. Office is clean and eco friendly. Dr Kostur is very supportive all the times we ran in to problems. They would give us an after hours call if needed. I would recommend this office for my best friends.

We love Dr. Kostur and the the Nurse Practitioners at Jacksonville kids pediatrics. They are really personable and take the time to listen to my concerns and address every aspect of care. The staff is also great with my daughter and do well at keeping her calm. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Kostur is truly the best and most caring person one could hope to have as the doctor for their children. Dr. Kostur always remembers our kiddo and the information from their previous visits. She always asks how our child is feeling if they were sick recently and takes the time to connect with them. We never feel rushed and Dr. Kostur is always happy to answer our questions, regardless of how many there are or how silly they may seem. When we go in for an appointment we don't have to wait forever in a big waiting room either. Normally we just check in and go right back. So much nicer than some of the larger pediatric groups that make you feel like a number and leave you waiting forever. Honestly, I don't know what we would do without Dr. Kostur, just so happy we found her and know you will be too. Don't think twice about it, just go to Dr. Kostur.

We have been coming to Dr. Kostur's office for the last 6 years. We found her after a lot of bad experiences with the local pediatric office that left my daughter with sever pneumonia and undiagnosed asthma. Dr. Kostur came to our help and since then she is my daughter's doctor. Dr. Kostur is probably one of the greatest pediatricians I have dealt with. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. My daughter's health is under a superior care in this office. I strongly recommend her to the other parents.
