Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics

I highly recommend this pediatric office. just walking in the place is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and always quick with responses . They always make my daughter very comfortable when we come to visit. Sara and Carolyn always know how to make her laugh it makes the visits so much better.

We’ve been with Dr. Kostur and her amazing team for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. Everyone goes above and beyond and truly cares for the families and children being seen. You can tell they have a great culture as well because everyone is always smiling, happy, and so incredibly personable and helpful. My family relocated to St. Augustine 2 years ago and decided to stay with the practice because the care is second to none. 11/10 recommend Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics!

I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Kostur and her staff. We moved to her practice when our kids were 13 and 10 and could not be happier that we did. The care feels shared there - we make decisions together and she never feels preachy or judgmental . . . more like a mom who is right there with you, supporting you and helping you along. Her nurses are great too; they have always taken the time to help make my kids feel comfortable and safe. The office feels like a family every time we go and with a new, tough diagnosis for my daughter, I feel like they are with us on this journey which is very comforting.

All 3 of my kids have been going here since they were born! The staff is very friendly and knows me personally as well. It’s a good feeling when you can be confident in your child care provider. I love Dr. kostur’s temperament and how relaxed my kids are when they visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Kostur and staff. I have updated my review as of 11/10 and that is due to the service of the staff has changed. I will be looking for other providers for my kids due to the changes. Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics has grown significantly and they no longer value each family.
