My experience at the Jacksonville Gold Exchange was awesome! Because of an abysmal experience at A Coin, I decided to give J.G.E. a chance and gave them a call and after a few minutes on the phone with Justin, I knew that J.G.E. was worth checking out. My purpose was to sell several silver rounds in a pleasant business atmosphere. When I arrived, the first to greet me in a curteous and professional manner was Roxanne. Within minutes I also met Justin and Keith. All three were curteous, professional, and engaged in pleasant conversation with me; furthermore, they were quick to answer my questions. My transaction was successful and the customer service I received was golden. I highly recommend the Jacksonville Gold Exchange.

Had a great experience at Jacksonville Gold Exchange! Tamie was so welcoming, friendly, and informative. All of the employees were kindhearted, funny, and made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Definitely will be returning!
Enjoy digging through the numerous boxes of used silver jewelry. Always find something beautiful and fun to wear with my more expensive pieces. It's all good! I see not problem with mixing up silver, yellow, white and pink gold. It ain't tacky to a hillbilly!
Fair, honest, and an easy transaction. A great business for selling old jewelry…. And sooo many interesting pieces and coins! We believe in supporting small businesses!!!
