Loved my experience at Jax family dentistry!! My hygienist Leah was so good and very attentive to make sure I was comfortable! She was so nice!! Dr. McCann was amazing as well and super friendly!! Can’t talk highly enough!

Response to owner attached. My husband and I were in need of a new dental office, because ours fell out of network with our insurance. After much research and calls, we chose this practice do to their reviews. It has been a nightmare. My husband overpaid for an extraction and to add tooth to a partial. Contacted insurance company and they agree we overpaid, however this office has not refunded for overpayment. I have made many calls to this office and have only received a small refund but not what we are owed. We have cut ties with this office and are still awaiting full refund amount. I've never had any issues with this insurance company (GEHA) paying claims. They have been paid by insurance but are dragging their feet to refund overpayment. Office manager and front office have been rude. We now have a new dentist and no issues. Stay away from this office. Reviews did not match our experience. Update: I disagree with owners response. First, you aren’t charging patient what you believe might be the patients portion of service for in network services. You charge full amount, then once claim has been processed ( and it was paid and processed in a timely manner), you refused to refund in same good faith you received patient monies. I’ve had all EOB’s for weeks, so you must have had them too. It took me to write a bad review to get refund.Not a good way to do business. You picked the wrong patient to do this to. Your office manager created a mess filing the same claim 2-3 times, only to get paid 2-3 times for same service. Do better. Patients deserve true honest transparency.

Every time I come here it has been such a joy. I’m so glad I found this office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces, kindness, and professionalism at the front desk. Every hygienist I had made me feel comfortable to be in their chair. Dr. Nixon answered all my questions thoroughly and made me know I found the best place to have my oral health take care of. Everyone here seems to love their job which makes the visits always so pleasant!
