jacksonville custom builders

I have worked with many contractors in the past both here and in other states. A common complaint is that work takes longer than expected and the communication is sporadic. Brian and his team were always there when we needed them and they took great care of us! Using Jacksonville Custom Builders saved us money up front because the quote was competitive but the real savings happened after we started. With any major project there will be things that pop up when walls open and plans go into construction. Brian was there to help us navigate the initial phases which could have cost us significantly more had he not shared his decades of experience with us. All of the subcontractors he used were professional and fair with their prices which made the whole experience easy. We decided to do all of the work right away instead of in phases so sadly we won’t have more chances to work with him on this house. Many people are afraid to do renovations because they don’t know who to use or who they can trust. Can’t say enough good things about Brian and Jacksonville Custom Builders - highly recommend them for your next project.

It's been almost a year since Jacksonville Custom Builders restored my garage after a lithium battery fire and I'm still impressed by the quality of the workmanship. I was consulted in all phases of the project. If there were any questions on materials or design Brian would present options and I would make the final decision. I am also very grateful for the way Kim and Angie of JCB and Gerry of Olympus Insurance kept the claim and supplement processes flowing - as the homeowner it definitely saved me some headaches. Thank You Brian, Kim & Angie

Jax. Custom Builders installed both a new roof and a patio cover over concrete. I was very pleased with the professionalism and personal touch of the personnel. They cleaned up after each job and both Brian and Kim were always easy to work with. They made it a smooth process. I have heard many war stories involving contractors, but this company handled both transactions well. I will be contacting them in the future with any other needs.

Used them to pour the slab for my new house and very impressed with the work. Noel was great to work with and his crew was awesome. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
