Very personalized and attentive and responsive medical care. I'm 72 years old and this reminds me of Dr. Visits at home as a kid. I highly recommend and the home service option is well worth the money given all the challenges of navigating through healthcare.
Dr. Kyle Mikals was a HUGE help to my mom today for visiting her in her nursing home on extremely short notice. He even answered his phone on a Friday afternoon...after his advertised hours on his website. I was originally just hoping to leave him a voicemail and hope for a callback next week. He not only answered but stopped what he was doing to come over and give my mom an evaluation. He was not rushed. He spent plenty of time with us and I could tell he genuinely understood our situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Mikals and his services.

They bring the perfect mix of expertise, compassion, and genuine care to everything they do. Dr. Kyle takes the time to really listen and make you feel heard, and Dr. Samantha’s attention to detail and artistry in aesthetics is incredible. You can tell they both love what they do - it shows in how they treat their patients and in the results they deliver. They’ve created something really special here. I trust them completely and can’t recommend Jacksonville Concierge Medicine enough!
10/10 recommend! I have three small children, so setting up an appointment at an office is always a pain. This was so much easier, the injections took a few minutes and it was all done from the comfort of my home. I wish all of my Drs would make house calls!
The best medical professional service ever. The immediate attention and bedside manner so rare these days. Miracles for my 90+ mother. Life transforming.
