Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Five stars simply aren’t enough for the experience we had with Ryan in the service department. My fiancée was visiting from out of town when we brought her Jeep in for a few unusual issues that had been difficult to explain. From our first conversation, Ryan took the time to listen carefully, understand the situation, and make sure every concern was addressed. He never made us feel rushed or dismissed, which is something that’s becoming increasingly rare these days. What stood out most was the way he treated us as people rather than just another repair order. He was thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us find a solution. Throughout the process, he kept us informed, answered every question, and handled everything with a level of care that exceeded our expectations. I’ve worked with many dealerships and service departments over the years, and Ryan is easily one of the finest service advisors I’ve encountered. His professionalism, character, and commitment to doing right by customers left a lasting impression on both of us. When we picked up the vehicle, I made it a point to speak with management because outstanding employees deserve to be recognized. Ryan represents the kind of person every dealership hopes to have on its team. He creates trust, builds relationships, and turns what is often a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you again, Ryan, for everything you did for us. Your dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful. If I ever need service again, you’ll be the first person I ask for.

The entire team was AMAZING. I had a horrible experience searching for a jeep wrangler in NC and accidentally called these guys thinking this was Jacksonville NC🤣 turns out they were in Florida. Asta Simon Stu & Chris were the absolute best sales team. We negotiated an amazingly structured deal where I got the exact jeep wrangler I wanted. The paperwork was ready in one day and I flew down the next day and was greeted by a car service to take me to the dealership. Me & Simon conversed like old friends. I felt like a vip customer. Everyone was nice and attentive. Normally car shopping is stressful but this team made it an absolute pleasure and they are now my CDJR team for life. #JeepGang 🫶🏾

I had a great time purchasing my Jeep at this dealer! Aliyah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. All of my questions were answered with confidence, and anything she wasn’t sure about she made sure to ask someone who would know. If I need another Jeep I know where I’m coming back!

AJ did a phenomenal job helping me with my vehicle purchase. He was kind, polite, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and excellent customer service made for a great experience. I highly recommend AJ to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring salesperson. Thank you, AJ, for your outstanding service!
