Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy - Riverside

Won't lie, i was dreading my appointment Friday afternoon - but I was immediately put to ease. All 3 ladies at the reception area were incredibly sweet & helpful. I was actually called back 20 minutes earlier than expected, & both nurses were pleasant & informative, Felt like I had barely closed my eyes when they woke me & said it was done. Dr. Lankarani was right there at my side to give me surprisingly good news & explained every detail thoroughly. Honest to God, i could not be any happier with my experience. Thank you all so much..

This place/office needs a bigger lobby area! Either they get a bigger space or they need to advise folks who are there with a patient to leave the office once the patient is in the back & they’ll be called to return. It’s ridiculous that there is no sitting space for the patients they plan to accommodate for the hour/day. I’m currently outside as my mother is inside reading over docs bc there is no space! Great reviews, awful waiting area!

Excellent staff. Really the best. Especially when considering the potentially uncomfortable procedure you're getting. Not physically uncomfortable. Then staff is so nice and professional. I dont enjoy going there but im happy that I can go there Thanks Dr Patel

All the processes for having the procedure were smooth and efficient and I was treated with respect and my dignity was protected . I appreciate how I was treated and how every step was hamdle. All staff were caring and professional .
