Great experience from start to finish. The pro shop staff were friendly and helpful, pace of play was excellent, and the course layout is very forgiving. The maintenance crew clearly takes pride in their work, as the course and greens were in great shape. I would definitely recommend playing here.
First golf instruction ever by a great instructor and friend at the driving and putting areas. Hit the net even and over the shipwreck boat that is listed at 145 yards multiple times. Had a great time and now I know why it's such an attractive sport to play! Thanks Mr Parker!!!!
This place is awesome. To have a course like this in the middle of a city is a real treat. The layout is beautiful. Water everywhere but still very playable. Greens were excellent. Not the fastest, but in great shape. A couple of the fairways and tees were a little sparse, but overall in great shape. When you combine the location with the price, its going to be hard to beat this golf course. Thanks!
The driving range at Jax Beach Golf Club is my favorite spot to work on my game. The setup is great with plenty of hitting stations, a solid putting area, and fun targets to aim at, including a shipwreck out around 145 yards. The range balls and hitting surfaces are always in good shape, which you can't say for every range around here. The staff is friendly and prices are more than fair, so it's easy to swing by whenever I have an hour to spare. Having a spot like this just minutes from home makes it way too easy to sneak in some practice.
We golf at Jacksonville Beach Golf Club quite a bit and always enjoy playing here. I love golfing, and it’s great having such a fun local course right here in Jacksonville Beach. The course has a nice layout, is challenging enough to keep it interesting, and offers great value for a public golf course. As someone who lives and works locally, I also love that it’s so close to the beach and has a great local feel. Whether you live in the Jacksonville area or are visiting and looking for a good place to golf, Jacksonville Beach Golf Club is definitely worth playing. We’ll continue coming back!
