I truly enjoyed working with Josiah and his team. They were very professional and detail oriented with excellent design ideas. We spoke often during the planning phase of remodel, with my vision his expertise, the final outcome was amazing. He brought new life to our old house.
Amazing people to work with. Everyone goes out of the way to help make your project become a reality. Thank you :)
I'm a patient of Natera, they're amazing! Especially their manager Mark, he's the best and always goes out of his way for his patients. I'm a cancer patient and I met him when he started coming to my home to draw blood. Natera's office is in this building. The building itself is historic and absolutely beautiful, it's downtown Jacksonville.
Josiah was great to work with. Communicated thoroughly, gave us multiple options and handled the historic review board.
We are looking to renovate our historic home in Avondale, which includes building an addition to bring laundry in the house (I can't wait!) and combining three smaller rooms into one larger kitchen. JAA was amazing. John is extremely knowledgeable, which made going to the city for approval surprisingly painless. Morgan is very responsive and is a joy to work with. Thank you JAA. We appreciate you!
