J-Ville Crab Shack #3

The owner tried to charge me 45.00 for a small tray of Crabs so I went a cross the street and bought my Crabs from the other crab place which was packed with a lot of customers and I only paid 25.00. J-ville didn't have not 1 customer in his place. I guess he thought he'll make me pay double because he had no business but he thought wrong! HELL No! he'll never get my business it'd too many crab places that are better and cheaper in Jacksonville! He's #1 scammer!

I’m not from Jacksonville, this establishment was suggested to me by some of the locals, so I visited the establishment for the first time around mid 2025 I ordered a shrimp tray, only to get home with my shrimp and they were mushy , I never called to complain I just threw the shrimp out, later on that year I decided to go back to the establishment to try them out again this time ordering a crab tray, I get him and low and behold the crabs smell like pure ammonia, I was pissed but I never called and complained bc I know that they like to argue and make you seem like your out of it or something, so I decided to stop going there for a while, so the other I was like ok 3 strikes and they are out, I go back again for the 3 time 2 days ago and order a crab tray, and sure enough it’s was very rancid and smell just like ammonia, please stay away from these people, they don’t serve fresh seafood here

The customer service was so good !! But my $29.99 seafood tray wasn’t very good. I can’t explain it but The crabs tasted like soap. I ended up just throwing it away.
