I have been with JP Perry Insurance for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the service I receive with both home owners insurance and auto insurance. Just recently I needed to get a quote for auto insurance because I was in the process of buying a new vehicle. I gave Erin a couple of VIN numbers for estimate purposes. She was able to provide the information I needed within a few hours and save me alot of money going with another provider for the same coverage on a new vehicle. Not only that, when I called her from the car dealership a few days later, with the VIN of the vehicle I was actually purchasing, she was able to expedite the transaction so I could purchase the vehicle that day and drive home. I am grateful for her insurance knowledge, sense of urgency and accommodating me. Wonderful customer service and always timely. I don't do Google reviews. I think I've done one. I have to be blown away to recommend a product/service. JP Perry is top notch. Erin is awesome to work with.
I have been with JP Perry for years and have had the same agent, Erin. She is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable and professional. I believe that an agent is as necessary as insurance. If you don’t have someone on your side helping to navigate the complexities of dealing with insurance companies, it could be very one-sided and difficult. My experience with Perry Insurance has been exceptional.

Erin Austin at J.P. Perry Insurance was amazing and very helpful when my mother passed away, and we needed to change the home insurance for the house to sell. She also sped up the process of getting a check resent by our insurer for the roof damage. I wish my agent in Nevada was as good.
