Nasty Nasty Front of the House Admin Staff! So Nasty that I dread going into this office and rarely give any reviews unless they are 5 Star reviews but I had to put future patients on Alert! Plan on Waiting a very long time. I Waited 4 hours to see a doc most probably due in large part to Nasty & incompetent admin Staff I would fire every one of them & save my rep Would have rated a 1 Star except the doc was good

The Moultrie office has the nastiest office staff I have ever encountered . After 3 years , I was told my mother was not a patient when we arrived for an emergency visit . We were just here 3 weeks ago, I stated , the pregnant office person said snottily , no you’re not a patient in this office . And was extremely nasty insisted that o was at the wrong office . This entire scene played out for 40 minutes while my mother was gasping for air and desperately waiting to see a medical person . Stay away from this office . Everyone is nasty .

I went in to pick up paperwork for new patient. There is a picture of Dr. Hinman standing nest to Ron Desantis hanging next to the check in window. What kind of doctor needs to display his political leanings on the wall of the waiting room? I wont be showing up for my appointment.

THIS REVIEW CONCERNS ITSELF WITH THE PULSED INFUSION CLINIC OF ISLAND DOCTORS IN ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA. TODAY, I ATTENDED THE MORNING SESSION THAT GENERALLY LASTS FOR 3 HOURS----FROM 8 A.M.-11 A.M. FIFTEEN MINUTES INTO THE SESSION, I HAD A CARDIAC EPISODE THAT CAUSED MY BLOOD PRESSURE TO PLUMMET TO A DANGEROUSLY LOW LEVEL!!! IT IS HERE---IN THIS REVIEW---THAT I WANT TO PRAISE THE MEDICAL EFFORTS OF CRISTINA, ASHLEY, AND TRACEY!!! THESE YOUNG LADIES WORKED AS EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AS ANY MEDICAL TEAM THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY......THEY'RE SO VERY COMPASSIONATE, DILIGENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE----BY GOLLY....THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! THEY TREATED THE SITUATION AS THOUGH I WAS A "FAMILY MEMBER"!!! I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR ME!!!! I WOULD LIKE DR. ROY HINMAN TO REALIZE WHAT GREAT SERVICE THESE YOUNG LADIES PROVIDE FOR US DIABETIC AND CARDIAC PATIENTS.... I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THE WONDERFUL SESSIONS THAT I HAVE AT THIS CLINIC!!!!! TO CRISTINA/ASHLEY/TRACEY-----I AM INDEBTED TO YOU FOR YOUR MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE, YOUR WORK ETHIC, AND YOUR COMPASSION ABOUT WHAT YOU DO AT THE INFUSION CLINIC!! TO DR. ROY HINMAN---I THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MEDICAL SERVICES THAT YOUR ISLAND DOCTOR LOCATIONS PROVIDE FOR US PATIENTS!!!!! WE IN ST. AUGUSTINE ARE SO VERY FORTUNATE FOR YOUR GENEROSITY AND COMPASSION!!!
