Island Doctors

The staff and Doctor at Island Doctors are very,kind, patient, compassionate ,professional and caring..I'm sooooo blessed to have them as my care team...

I especially like that I never have to wait more than a few minutes until I'm seen by one of the staff. I can get in and out and back home in a minimum amount of time. They don't forget that I'm there and leave me sitting for 2 or 3 hours like I've been done at my past office.

I'm only giving one star, since google doesn't allow any less. I guess the nurse and front desk staff can have this star. My mother has been seeing Dr. Lulu, as she introduced herself to us for about a year now. She has done nothing to help my mother, the only thing she has done is send us every 4-6 weeks for blood work...never telling us why, or the results really. Only oh numbers are going (up or down) not sure why, do more blood work in 4-6 weeks and come back. Thinking my mom was maybe missing some vital information, or not telling us something, I started going in to the Dr visits with her and this is EXACTLY how it was going. I talked with mom, and we decided a new PCP was necessary. Because my mom was having so many obvious issues on day one of seeing the new PCP she was taken back for labs, an x-ray, and an ultrasound of some arteries without ever having to leave the new PCP office. New PCP within one visit referred my mother to a neurologist, and pulmonologist, and a vascular surgeon. HOW did Lulu (a Doctor) miss all these problems when the PA at the new places realized right away? We have told them both the exact same things... 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ISLAND DOCTORS OR DR. LULU TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING.

THE BEST doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. As long as it's up to me, this is the ONLY place I'll ever go from now on. They treat everyone with respect and care and make you feel like a patient and person, not just a number and a way for them to get paid, unlike most other medical facilities, in my experience and opinion.
