Every time I walk in this office the staff is very polite professionally and friendly is a family oriented place that makes me feel at home. Sara is a terrific PCP thoroughly professional and cares for her patients. The front office Nikita. Balye very professionally and friendendly , The nurses staff Tina is like a sister but very professional never makes me feel rushed and all my symptoms are acknowledge Diana the same very professionally but friendly I always tell them how much I like to come to this office were I am treated like a human person not like a number .Thank you
Great staff at Arricola office. We always feel confident of our care with our doctors, Dr Brennan and Sara Denslow. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable and nurse Tina is awesome!
I’ve been with Island Doctors for 7 years and there have been many ups and downs. Dr. Sara Denslow is a very nice person and a very patient doctor. Most doctors tell you what’s wrong with your body but she will sit there and take as long as it takes for me to explain how I feel. Then do something about it. Most of my hurts are not. A few are but they fade in and out depending upon how I move. Dr. Hinmanns pain cream is great. It lasted from the time he put it on me until morning the next day. I’m very thankful. Prayers it keeps on keeping on.
I love Sara Denslow! Most of the people I've interacted with are very nice and caring. I did have a problem with my meds being cancelled by someone I've never seen or encountered. Caused a big problem in getting breathing meds back. I am a compliant patient and have no idea why this person would be involved much less in a bad way!
Island doctors of Palencia deserve 5 stars plus!! Sara Denslow is so knowledgeable, she really listens to her patients every word. She is very proactive in her treatments & patient care plan. This is the best healthcare I have received! I also have had the opportunity to be treated by Michael Medved PA on several different occasions. He takes the time to listen, he explains everything he is going to do and answers all your questions! Yesterday I recieved a shot in my knee for extreme pain and this morning I am pain free! The office was very accommodating getting me in on an emergency basis. Tina the nurse is wonderful, gentle & caring. Thank you all!
