Dr. Hinman is the best! Sometimes the wait is long but that's because he takes the time necessary to take care of all your needs. His goal is to get everyone as healthy as they can be! That's hard to find these days. Also, the nurses were kind and cheerful.
I've been with Island Doctors for several years. Find them responsive, thorough and doctors take the time to listen and understand patient concerns. I also appreciate the whole wellness attitude of Dr. Hinman and the practice.
Dr Robin is always so responsive and I feel confident in his ability. I am not sure I would be where I am after three strokes without him. I feel so blessed to have him as my doctor. However, the front desk receptionist has been grumpy the last two interactions. She made me feel bad and didn’t do what I asked. I wish she would try to make sick people feel welcome.
Pleasant experience with staff and doctors. The young lady at the front window was nice. She greeted us with a 'hello' and smile. Nice improvement. Nicole is always up beat and makes the experience pleasant ( we appreciate you, Nicole). Dr. C always has time to spend and answer any questions.
The physician‘s assistant who treats me, Robin Carr, is knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. He spends sufficient time finding what ails you and then comes up with solutions. I highly recommend everyone at Island Drs.
