Described my issue with owner in detail on the phone. When they arrived they were not prepared with correct tools to do the job, nor seemed interested. Owner promised a call the next day to reschedule. Never heard from them again. It all worked out in the end because I was able to fix the problem myself in less than 10 minutes.
Used them 3 times. And while they get the job done, getting them here is the problem. Son of Bob is completely rude. They give u a time frame to be here and every time they've been late. 1 time, 3 hrs late. Than when I asked if there were coming or not, the son got so nasty with me like he didn't need my business. I guess they think ppl should wait home all day for them to arrive. Had a time frame of 9 to 11am today. It's 1115am and no word from anyone. Sent the text and no response either. So unprofessional. I've only used them 3 times now bc our landlords make us use them. Otherwise, they'll never get my business. Learn some professionalism, get some punctuality and show up on time. You are getting paid by the customer, not the other way around.
Called before Xmas and left message. They called back and made apt. for the following wednesday 9 to 12. NEVER showed or called. Called back 4 times and NEVER called me back. Thanks for the great service...…. I called St Augustine Appliances who repaired my ice maker. Dave was great kept our apt and called to confirm.
Fast and professional. Like super fast, as in I called at 2pm and my repair was done by 3pm. (I did get lucky, as he was out my way on another job, but still, I appreciated the willingness to come so fast.) Fixed my oven. Had all the replacement parts on the truck. Accepted credit cards. Was professional and courteous (Bob Konen) Service fee $65 but the labor time billed was near double that for a fast job (in other words, labor $122, plus parts, $90), so that was bit unexpected. But given I waited 2 days on a different company that charges a $135 service fee and never showed (see review for AAA Fast Service) I figured this rate is comparable. Would recommend Bob Konen for all major appliance repair.
this guy is a rip off. He came and looked at my refrigerator problem. Did not know what the problem was. He called a few days later and said he was doing research. I never heard from him again. He took my money and ran. he is a scam.I would give no stars if I could
