Thank you for providing a timely repair in my emergency. My fridge went out and between iserve and another local company my services were completed swiftly and affordably. Carisma the office manager followed up and communicated every step of the way and I truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend this company. They are black owned and family oriented. Not knocking off heads for pricing and actually honest and dependable company.
Fast and reliable service for my mobile home. Carisma and company are exceptional and affordable. Highly recommend!!!
Called for a diagnostic on a broken refrigerator and had tech come out same day. Had a major repair and it was cost friendly and the sr technician and office manager were extremely upfront with cost and turn around time. Overall very pleasant customer service experience. Would recommend to all homeowners.
Dispatcher and repair technician were both knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional, and explained everything so that i knew exactly what to expect. They accommodated my schedule and technician was punctual. The repair was done quickly. I will use this company every time I have an appliance issue.
Outstanding service at a decent price. I've used iServe Services twice and each time I have been extremely pleased with their customer service, expert technicians and all around quality of service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs or installation.
