Neal is a fabulous therapist who seeks to get at the cause of your pain and treat it. My shoulder pain has improved tremendously over 6 weeks with his care, attention to detail and homework. I highly recommend this practice to anyone dealing with acute or chronic pain. The muscle activation method is unique to St. Augustine. It works!

for 10 days while I was working my neck my shoulder and back was a mess. My doctor sent in medicine for me it didn't work. I have a lot of my clients go to Neil Isaac and talk highly of him and what he does. by this time I was in a lot of pain. And nothing was helping me. I called him he got me in quickly he analyzed everything was able to find exactly where the problem was and as he was showing me an instructor me how to do the stretches it release the pain it was amazing (no medicine)... that was over 8 months ago and when that pain comes back I keep doing the exercise and it goes away . I feel that he is honest he has a way of finding where the problem is very personable and I truly feel he will help you with any problem or find a way to make it work. Worth every bit!!! I would have paid a lot more money for the drugs doctor visits

Neal worked me through 6 surgeries. I can walk today because of his physical therapy. I can not thank him and Marissa enough. Not just physical therapy but wound care as well. They truly care for their patients.
