This is a terrible company! Customer support is horrible and the software has way too many glitches. Can’t get anyone on the phone because they completely cut themselves off accept for email. They send you emails that make no sense. You get an approval from a supplier and they refuse to setup the sync. It’s crazy and the customer support staff name Alex is awful complete Smart add on email. I would go with a different company don’t waste your money on this company.

Do not use this company. I tried them out for three months and you have no control over your categories and attributes of your website. The customer service is horrible. When you cancel your account they still pull money out of your account I literally had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. Buyers beware this company is a scam.

inventory source is a great idea but the software doesn't work. After paying $1,500+ for over 12 months of their software i can attest that for at least 2 suppliers that we used there were too many glitches and customer support could not handle fixing them. Every problem tooks weeks upon weeks to get a response that would even slightly hint at some progress. It seems they provide an out of the box software from supplier API's that is given AS IS. If its broken, you just have to eat it and pay them their $100/month fee. If they fix the software I would definitely come back but it seems they care less about the customer and more about charging the fee. Caveat emptor.

Be weary of this company folks! There was a fraudulent transaction on my card this past friday and they kept throwing me round and round in circles trying to confirm this. Safe to say, they "protect" and dare I even say support fraud??? Where is your humanity in helping people out. Although I have no dealings whatsoever with this company, I can say I am glad that I will never ever have anything to do with a company like this.
