Our experience has been lovely here! Z remembers who you are and has been so helpful with questions and such! Also, the maintenance tech, Soodi, is very quick with turn around times on maintenance requests and you don't have to put in multiple requests for the same issue! Very respectful and kind! This apartment is 1000 times better than where we previously lived.
I do rate this a 5-star because I love my unit and overall experience. The staff is kind and accessible. I’ve yet to encounter any bugs. The community is surprisingly really quiet. Almost too quiet sometimes. Especially in unit. I don’t ever hear sounds from my neighbors apartments at all. The building and lot is well lit at night with security monitoring the lot. Amenities are in the works but for a single guy with no kids that just likes to be home, I don’t mind being without for now. Nothing is perfect so I do have 1 small critique. The apartment entry doors slam shut on their own. So you will hear your neighbors door slam shut unless they guide it closed. Other than that, the people are nice and tend to stay to themselves but are friendly in passing. Location is fantastic when it comes to quick access to multiple grocers, public transport, and access to major highways. Windows open up to the 3rd floor so mine pretty much stays open since it has a removable screen to keep bugs out. It will be great when all is done but I really do love being home here.
I’ve had a really great experience with Interra! Zariah has been absolutely amazing so helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Mark has also been incredibly kind and welcoming. They both made everything so much smoother and less stressful, and I really appreciate how cared for and heard they’ve made my family feel!
Apartments are cute yet small . No amenities at all what so ever which I would think they would lower the pricing a bit for the residents because we have nothing to do but just go in and out of our apartments . Move in could have been better . I would ask for them to mantain the hallways and elevators of smelling like pets
Moving into your first apartment is a big deal, and I’m so glad I chose Interra. I spent forever looking for a place with great views and floor-to-ceiling windows that didn't cost a fortune. I found this place almost by accident on TikTok, and after one tour, I was hooked. What started as a search for a place with my sister turned into me finding my own sanctuary. I’ve been here for a month and the 'new home' spark hasn't faded. I’m naturally a bit of a homebody, but the friendly atmosphere and neighbors are really helping me branch out. Plus, it’s super pet-friendly for my dog, Ace. Highly recommend if you want luxury living that feels like home.
