I'm a new patient at Integrity I followed Ralph Riskz here. The place is clean and has water and coffee. The staff is quick and thorough. They listen. I'm glad God sent me here because I need new hips and they are working with me in every way. I would like to give a special thanks To Karlichia the surgery coordinator for Dr. Riskz and integrity. I thank you so much for getting me through this. I want to be pain free.. Thanks for being here for us. GREAT JOB GREAT PLACE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN.

I had an appointment with a surgeon regarding my car accident. It was determined I would need surgery. I was told to get an X-ray to figure out what procedure would be best. I scheduled a follow up and suddenly had a different surgeon who also said I would need the surgery and to call to schedule that. When I called back the person on the phone told me he spoke to the manager and they would not be doing the surgery, no explanation but I should contact my lawyer to find out why. My lawyer had no explanation and when trying to contact the office received no response. Very unprofessional! In addition I have requested a form (itemized charges)by phone and via email in August for my insurance. I was told this request would be past on to the appropriate person and still have not received a reply. This is time sensitive which I stated. Still waiting. I will not be able to claim the costs with my additional insurance. But the office has already submitted and received payment. Priorities. Very disappointed.

This office is the most unorganized doctor office and communication is brutal at best. They constantly forget to schedule the x-ray and then do it 1 day before your appointment with them which makes it impossible to schedule it and get it done before their meeting. They never look ahead so they cancel appointments 2 hours before the appointment. Then the place changes it practice to just do injury and does not inform their current non injury clients until day of appointment and then tells me they cannot see me anymore. They need a staff replacement bad because it is brutal.

It's on the other side of town for me. We were pleasantly surprised of all the smart contents that's used in the building. Very well designed and very pleasant to the eyesight. Very thorough in starting the visit, x-ray on site. Dr. Very thorough, kind and courteous as all the staff. Being my first visit we were well pleased
