Richard Land, Agent doesn't do his job. He won't return phone calls or emails. Have to resort to contacting the state of Florida Insurance Commissioner to get help with a policy he screwed up. Trust me - seek out a different Agent. He's not worth your time.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I WASTED YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS "TOO BUSY" TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. I went Agent shopping and found an Agent who actually cares about their customers and saving money. New Agent saved me over $1500/year.
