I wasn’t sure how to choose a home inspector. So I consulted Consumer Reports. First I found ASHI certified inspectors. Then I contacted a few in my area asking for sample reports. I left a message for Marty Lunsford with Inspect-All Services. He responded promptly. I liked that Marty used drone and infrared technology; his sample report reflected his thoroughness; and he had many positive online reviews. My builder had very specific criteria that Marty was able to meet on a tight timeframe. He emails you a link to remit payment easily. The report is sent via email very quickly. He is available to speak directly to his customers and answers questions willingly. When the Superintendent of my new home saw Marty’s report—even he complimented Marty!
