I too was contacted by Sydney and interviewed via phone. I visited the work site and met with my future manager and discussed the position. I submitted my photo for badge access and complted fingerprint and background check, Once they gave me my start date I resigned from my current position. 3 days later they change my start date and informed me that there was a delay in getting my background check cleared but not to worry. They gave me a second start date AND gave me access to the onboarding platform. The report came back that additional info needed to be provided and I submitted it in. They said the client was still reviewing ... provided me a 3rd start date. I gave up after 3 weeks of the run around. My opinion not a professional staffing service.
I had an interview with Insight Global. The second interview was with three people from Nemours. The issue I have wasn't in not getting the job that I am over qualified for. My issue is that they lied. Said I said things in the interview that I didn't say. Who does that and for what reason? When trying to connect with Insight Global I was ignored and blocked. I was threatened that if I dint stop! Stop what? trying to get to the truth. I asked them to review the interview. Don't hire because you think I'm not qualified, don't hire because you think it's a conflict of interest or personality conflict. Certainly not hire me because of a blatant LIE. THE REASON GIVEN WAS TIME MANAGEMENT ". THEY SAID " I MENTIONED NEEDING TO LEAVE EARLY TO RUN PERSONAL ERRANDS". WHO IN GODS NAME WOULD SAY THAT IN AN INTERVIEW. THEY ASKED DID I HAVE ANYTHING PLANNED I SAID NO. I HAVE BEEN IN THE MEDICAL FIELD SINCE 1988.
I would leave zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE business practices. Getting ghosted by a recruiter was a blessing in the end. They are extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!!!!
Someone claiming to be Sydney Beckman, a professional recruiter at Insight Global, contacted me via my personal phone number. After interviewing me for an hour and recording a lot of my information, they didn't even respond to my messages. I think they are acting like people trying to fill a daily quota. From now on, I will only speak with representatives of companies that are genuinely hiring.
To start with, the most amazing part of Insight Global is it they do not let you feel like you are a employee, they make you feel like family with all the follow ups and to see how you are doing months after you have been placed in an awesome work environment. Job opportunities are awesome and you feel as if you are never alone along the journey of growing your career. Starting with the million dollar smile HR, Nicole Tate is an amazing person. Not sure how she manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated but she is the best! Best HR I have ever worked with!
