Innovative Physical Therapy

I cannot recommend Innovative PT—and especially Zach—highly enough! After nearly four years of chronic pain, muscle tension, and debilitating migraines, I had almost given up hope of finding lasting relief. I had tried it all: months of traditional PT three times a week, anti-inflammatories, Botox and steroid injections, nerve blocks—you name it. Nothing ever got to the root cause of my pain. That all changed in just one visit with Zach. He immediately pinpointed the area in my neck that had been driving my migraines and daily tension for years—something no other provider (and I’ve seen more than ten) had been able to do. After that first session, I woke up pain-free and medication-free for the first time in years. It felt like a weight had been lifted. Now, after close to five months of consistent treatment, the results have only continued to build. Not only does Zach provide relief during the session itself, but he also gives me exercises to do at home and takes the time to ask about my daily habits—helping me make small adjustments that prolong the results and build healthier patterns overall. I haven’t needed a single anti-inflammatory or migraine prescription since starting here. I feel like myself again—active, social, and no longer defined by pain. Beyond Zach’s expertise, the facility itself is excellent—private treatment rooms, a welcoming environment, and thoughtful details that make each visit feel comfortable. Zach explains what he’s doing, how it connects to my symptoms, and what progress to expect at every step. Innovative PT has truly given me my life back. I have been dealing with a chronic lower back problem for over a year. After having a lackluster experience (unfortunately typical) at a well-known PT practice in my area, I decided to give Innovative PT a try. Their approach using Functional Manual Therapy is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Working with John Friege PT for the last 4 weeks has yielded phenomenal results! John is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable & efficient—a true professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem areas in my body and worked to restore their proper functionality. To my surprise…. after only two sessions--I was back to working out! I am continuing to make progress and getting stronger/more flexible with each session. In addition, Anna in the front office runs the practice like a top. I highly recommend Innovative PT!!!
