My husband has had a cold for s long time. We went there cause it offers x-ray service. Was asked to pay $45 co pay which usually is $10. Once inside was informed they didn't have Technician and we would have to go someplace else for X-rays. We asked to be refunded so we could go someplace else. Never saw the Practitioner or was able to talk to the infamous Marilyn office manager. They don't care and neither will we ever set foot there again.
Today, this was my final session and I am very grateful for the excellent care, customer service and a very professional staff. Seven months ago I was experiencing pain from my knee to my shoulder 1/2 on a scale of 10. I feel today I feel I am at 9.5. The total staff was excellent, but I need to recognize the name's that made me feel like family, Lacy (provided great first impression, Marb,Guillemo, and Dr Francis). I recommend the injury center Center practice for injuries requiring Chiropractic injuries.

Took my teenage daughter here after she fell at school PE class. They took xrays and the doctor told us she broke her wrist and tore tendon in her shoulder. Had a follow up appt week later at orthopedic pediatrics and she is just fine. No broken bones or torn anything. Not sure what this doctor saw or if he knew what he was doing. Waste of time and money.
Dr. Francis and his team are extremely kind and take the time to understand your needs catering treatment to the best desired outcome
