InFocus Eyecare Town Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an excellent experience with Infocus Eyecare. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout my visit. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. It’s refreshing to visit an office where you can tell the staff genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in providing great service. I highly recommend Infocus Eyecare to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and friendly eye care. I will definitely continue using them for my eye care needs!

From the moment you walk in here not only are you greeted by the kindest souls, you are greeted with tunes that can soothe your soul! I felt safe, seen, respected , and cared for. If you are looking for a vision place and are nervous about what kind of space you’ll be walking into. (Coming from an anxious person) This is a place you can come in without worry. As long as you are ready to be met with positive vibes and warmth. Shout out to Mr. Paul for his kindness and amazing customer service, shout out to Taylor for her bubbly personality and dedication to getting me the best pair of glasses. Shout out to Doctor Powell for taking his time and making sure my prescription was on point! Shout out to all front desk staff for your patience, and for laughing at my horrible jokes.

The employees and Doctor at In Focus are kind attentive knowledgeable and courteous. They answered my questions joked with me and now we have a good rapport for my vision exams moving forward. So greatful to all the staff everyone deserves a big raise! Thank you for the gift of vision.

I had an appointment for 5 pm and arrived at 4:50. When I made the appointment initially I asked how long do they normally take due to having a telehealth appointment at 6. She assured me it would give me more than enough time. But she didn’t factor in them taking a patient late who had an appointment an hour before me. She was apparently an hour late and they still took her which put me way behind. I did not get seen till 5:30. I asked the doctor when she came in the room in the nicest way would she be able to have me out of there by 5:50. I explained to her the situation and she got such an attitude. Why I apologized to her for asking is beyond me. I wasn’t able to do the eye dilation and I had to make an appointment to come back. I feel like they had no respect for my time by taking the other lady so late. They definitely have questionable booking skills and customer service skills. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
