I have been to ALL the Jacksonville locations, and Ponte Vedra is by far the best, friendliest, and most knowledgeable location. Even though this location is far from me and out of the way (30mins or so), I would drive out specifically to this location for the staff and Dr. Allison. Dr. Allison Falden is the best optometrist, great bedside manner, very friendly, really knows her stuff, and has the most precise prescription measurements that I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few optometrists. She is always spot on and have never had any issues with the glasses or contacts that she prescribes. If you want an accurate prescription, this is where you should go. The staff, Madi and another young gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name) were also extremely pleasant and very patient. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses that fit my face, assisted me with the type and color of transition lenses, and also made sure that the coding and everything benefited me, rather than just the insurance company. They really made me feel welcome and spent time helping me, made me feel heard and also appreciated. I love this staff and the location. This is the location and the doctor that you want to go to! Love them and they have amazing customer service!
I’ve been going here for a handful of years and ever since they switched from vision express to infocus it’s been even more awesome! I had no complaints before, and I’m not sure what changed exactly, but the doctor is the same and she’s fantastic. The front office staff is so nice, two of them are new since my last annual appointment. They’re efficient and professional and personable. Everything was on time and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The front office staff was so helpful helping me pick out new glasses and I love their selection. It’s the only place this side of the intracoastal I have been able to find the brands I gravitate towards. Their pricing can’t be beat either. The discounts they offer for whatever insurance doesn’t cover make the frames cheaper than online. It’s a hidden gem at the beach.
Dr. Allison Falden and Maddie always go above and beyond in showing professionalism, expertise, customer service & kindness. I always know I am in good hands with them. I liked it when Dr. Allison saw patients at St. John's Town Center (more convenient for me), but I still travel to Ponte Vedra just to see her because she is worth it.
I felf like a VIP while l was there. Awesome customer service. Very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor explained things in details answering all questions. I would recommend them to everyone. And will definitely use the again for my eye services. Thank you
Dr. Allison Falden and the entire team at InFocus Eyecare are fantastic. Dr. Allison takes her time to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. Her staff is friendly, efficient, and makes the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
