By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My kids definitely enjoyed the bounce house. It was clean and Chris made sure it was safe for the kids before it was utilized.
For my son’s 8th birthday, we booked a zipline company out of Jacksonville and had them come to us here in Savannah, and this was hands down one of the best decisions we made for the party. From start to finish, the professionalism was unmatched. Even in the middle of a snowstorm, he showed up on time, fully prepared, and with an amazing attitude. He stayed with the kids the entire event, helping them, encouraging them, and making sure everyone felt safe and confident. The kids had an absolute blast. Communication was top tier before, during, and after the event—clear, responsive, and reassuring. Because of the weather inconvenience, he even allowed us to keep the zipline an extra day, which truly shows his character and dedication to his clients. I am extremely proud to support and recommend this Black-owned business. This young man is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about the families he serves. If you’re in Savannah (or surrounding areas) and looking for something unforgettable for a kids’ event, I highly recommend booking with him. We will definitely be using him again.
2nd time using this company and will use them for future events! The communication is on point and they are always on time with things and super helpful with any questions or concerns. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for giving my son another great birthday experience!
