Review by Curtis Watson I recently had the pleasure of working with Infinity Tax & Financial Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They filed my taxes quickly and made the entire process stress-free. What really stood out was how fast I received my tax advance—just 3 hours! That level of speed and reliability is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Infinity Tax & Financial Services to anyone looking for expert tax preparation and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back next year! Thank you for an amazing experience!
Fast, professional and accurate! One of the best and I do mean BEST tax preparation companies located in Jacksonville. Carmen has been doing my taxes for about 4 years now, and I have absolutely no complaints. She always makes sure I get what I deserve back, and never any issues with my refunds. She is friendly, personable, and professional! Definitely worth your time, and I refer her to everyone.
I recently had my taxes done with Carmen she was amazing she answered all of my tax related questions and concerns. She was very professional and the office was very warm and inviting. I definitely recommend her and I would give her a 10 star review but unfortunately I can only do five. Very satisfying experience I highly recommend getting your taxes done with her.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with patience and clarity. They took the time to explain various tax benefits that I was unaware of, which ultimately helped me maximize my refund. The office environment was welcoming and well-organized, making it easy to gather necessary documents and complete my taxes in a timely manner. I also appreciated the attention to detail; the staff double-checked all entries to ensure accuracy, providing peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend Infinity tax to anyone seeking reliable and professional tax services.
