Incredible Kitchen and Bath

We had a wonderful experience with Incredible Kitchen and Bath working with Niki,Steve and Anne and tge rest of their team. They did an incredible job meeting our needs and wants and would highly recommend this company..

We contracted Incredible Kitchen to replace our countertops and cabinets in our kitchen. Matt visited our house, to listen to our needs and began sketching out our kitchen dimensions. Niki and Taylor were our designers who provided a CAD program visual of the products we selected on a large tv screen at their showroom. The value/cost was reasonable for the products we wanted. We had one delay with the countertops due to the Christmas holidays which we understood. Ann & Hamilton are the two that either called/emailed or visited all during the construction process. The entire team made us feel as if we were their priority. Not only in satisfaction but the quality of work being provided. Our experience was top notch not only in the craftsmanship but also customer service. We will use them again for new projects in the future. Highly recommend this company. Final note, the cabinet maker named Buzz went over and above in his craft making sure it was perfect. We liked that he didn’t rush we wanted quality and that’s what we received

There are so many kitchen and bath companies to choose from. DO NOT USE INCREDIBLE KITCHEN AND BATH. Please do your research on this company before you give them any business, learn from another's mistakes. The job began several months after the contract was signed and after the initial installation, incredible kitchen and bath was never heard from again. There were gaps in the crown molding that varied upwards of 2 inches. They said it was an old house and they could do nothing about it. I called a general contractor and they fixed the problem easily. There were multiple exposed nails in the cabinets with glass doors. So they are clearly visible. Warped doors that were identified at installation. I was told they would be ordered and replaced. That never happened. Shoe molding was cut and nailed into nothing so they float around on the floor. I emailed and called more times then I could count over the past year. I was simply asking for the poor workmanship to be corrected. I was ghosted.

My wife and I are very very pleased with the results of process and the finished product of our kitchen remodel. From meeting with the design team and making visits to their showroom to meeting with the sub contractors and them doing their part, we couldn't be happier.
