My friend had to have her teeth removed and when she came back because she had to have some bone shaved down... We were in the waiting room talking and a lady was next to us saying she been here since 10am and I was like omg noo bc I had to be back at work and I asked the receptionist if they were running behind the doctor came and questioned bc the lady left acting like it was my fault lol ummm noo and when I asked the receptionist she told me"the only reason its taking long was because the did their paperwork wrong" and I just repeated it to the lady next to us .. but yes this dentist is rude and who tells their painets who are scared of they don't calm down they are going to have to leave well why don't you have some sympathy for your customers who are scared!! I wouldnt bring my anyone here!! I am not the reason your people are walking out maybe look in the mirror and see how you are treating people!! I know you are the only dentist working but still no excuse to treat people like that!!
Our experience today was truly awful and distasteful. We were told this practice does not have the accommodations for a person with autism. I write this to prevent anybody else from receiving this sort of treatment because I truly do not believe anyone deserves to experience the level of which this place failed to show even basic respect or true care to asses their clients concerns. I am in awe of how a doctor who does not care to show even a sliver of true interest, concern or professionalism for their clients is still in practice. Today my brother who has autism had an appointment at this location at 9:30 AM. He was accompanied by my father and mother. The doctor had not even the most basic manners to properly greet my parents at the start of their appointment and continued to show disinterest and irritability after my father was expressing his concerns over the procedure my brother was to receive. All the doctor told my father without addressing any of his concerns was to find a different doctor. not a single recommendation was made to my parents to where else my parents could potentially go with my brother to receive dental care.
Dr. Imray and staff are wonderful! They were so kind and I had no worries when the day came for my wisdom teeth to be removed. Dr. Imray assured the process would be easy and I had no problems during or after. He does his best to make sure every single patient is comfortable and taken care of. Excellent experience, I highly recommend Dr. Imray for every age!
Dr. Imray was highly recommended by our orthodontist for my twins to have some teeth extracted. He was very professional and they had a good experience and because of that they are not afraid to go to the dentist. He made sure the kids were comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend him to anyone and when the time comes for wisdom teeth we will definitely see him again!
I was referred to Dr. Imray by my dentist and even though I was very apprehensive to get my wisdom teeth taken out, Dr. Imray quickly eased my fears. His professionalism and calming demeanor made it a very pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Imray for any oral surgery procedure!
