I purchased a 2015 528i BMW. It began started leaking oil. I took it to the dealership. They quoted me a ridiculous price along with various repairs that needed to be done. I sought to find a shop that can repair my vehicle that was reasonable. I visited several shops with different diagnosis. One guy said it was the turbo and it was very difficult to get to and he would give me an i don't want to do it price. I never heard back from him. Oh yeah, BMW said it was the oil filter housing. So I began strolling through Google. I found iMpowered Performance. I call them explained what was diagnosed from several shops. I took my baby in. After the diagnosis it turns out to be the oil pan. Of course I questioned him. BMW told me this, another shop told me that, another shop did this to the oil plug so it shouldn't be leaking. Are you sure it's the oil pan and after your repair I want have any leaks? I even asked him was the car worth me putting money in it. He explained that my car has over 100k miles and if the work was done it will go another 100k miles. He bought me on that. My little baby already purrs like a cat. She is so comfortable, she handles like no other. OK back to the story. Lol. The repairs were done. I began driving her daily looking for oil leaks on the pavement. No leaks were found. I said all of that to say......iMpowered Performance has my business. Thanks for being patient with me guys
I cannot explain how incredibly satisfied I am with IMpowered. I want to highlight their honesty, expertise, fair pricing, and clear communication. The staff gave me A+ customer service. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance as well as a small mechanical issue, which they addressed during the diagnostic. They gave me detailed explanations of repair and service, and went above-and-beyond to have my car ready within the same day. They have become my go to mechanic for my BMW.
We took our BMW here for a diagnostic. Our experience with Impowered Performace was wonderful. We consulted with Chris the entire time. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He was never pushing us to spend any money and always told us it was our decision. We appreciate all of his patience and willingness to speak with us on more than one occasion. It never felt rushed and truly felt like he cared about our decision. We will recommend this place to others and we hope that Chris receives the recognition he deserves. The way he interacted with us is how you keep loyal customers. He helped take alot of stress away. My stepson took his recently acquired 2011 328 in to have it checked for a slight shimmy he felt when accelerating. They forwarded him an estimate for almost $9k. Feeling this was extreme for a minor issue, we declined any service and paid the diagnostic fee. When the car was bought around to us, it suddenly had an extremely load whining noise, almost like an alarm sounding. We addressed the fact that the car was not making the noise when brought and told it had developed the sound while the they checked out the vehicle. It was part of the two pages of recommended services needed. Seems like they saw a young man with a BMW and figured they’d try taking advantage of him. We’ve never dealt with this outfit and won’t plan on doing so in the future. I’d use caution if considering them for your vehicles
Bryan is a cut above the rest.. This shop rises above everyone else... Even the dealership is inferior to this shop. They are honest and do excellent work. They won't rob you at this shop. They take really really really good care of your vehicle. No keeping your car for weeks. Communication and professionalism lives here... Not only does it live here it was born here. I'll not take my car anywhere else. The workmanship, care, communication, and superior customer service has earned them this review and a lifelong customer. 2016 BMW 750i X-Drive
