The entire process of adding our screen enclosure was thorough and professional. Our salesperson, Ron, provided a very detailed quote that was easy to compare to the others we got. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive, either. They provided all the info needed to get HOA approval the first time, with no issues! They handled the permits, and our construction crew, Phil and Conner, were professional and worked super hard, especially considering the blistering heat during our build. There were a few issues with caulking (which we were told to expect), and one screen had a small hole that they didn't see, but we showed these problems to the inspector who came after the job was done, and all items were promptly fixed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The process does take a while due to HOA, permits, and their busy schedule, but the wait was worth it. Thanks, Impact!
Impact Enclosures were professionals from the beginning to the end of the process. We met with Jonathan first for our quote, and he was on time, friendly, and informative. He was extremely thorough and made us feel confident about the process. We received clear documentation and the communication remained good throughout the project. The guys who worked on the actual screen porch were efficient and professional as well. We are so happy with our new screen porch, and our cat loves it too. I definitely recommend this company.
I am happy to review this amazing company Impact Enclosures as an A+. From the beginning to finish day we had Tyler in Sales excellent, scheduling Karen, installers team outstanding men, Steve and Rico. They showed up early every morning and worked all day and finish in 2 days. The privacy pergola wall and pool equipment fence is beautiful perfect. Thank you for making my home extra special. 💕
This is our second time using Impact Enclosures. 12 years ago they Installed our 12 x 15 screen patio with solid panels on 7 feet of the roof. We have had countless hours of enjoyment on the patio, but it was time to have the screen and panels redone. This time they used a new system called Hercules, which looks even better than the last one. Our installers, John and Alvino We’re extremely professional, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Thank you to the whole team!
Phillip Lutz with Impact Enclosures did a fantastic job on our patio. He showed up on time, finished the job quickly with excellent workmanship & was quite knowledgeable about the enclosure. I highly recommend him & the company. Our enclosure came out just as we hoped.
