My name is Donovan Laughlin, owner of Interior Glass Solutions, a commercial interior glazing company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We had the pleasure of working with Paul and Elizabeth on their first Image Studios location on Tapestry Parkway, and we were honored when they reached out to us again for their newest project in St. Johns, Florida. During the bidding phase, we had several conversations with them and even recommended a general contractor we’ve successfully partnered with in the past. Paul and Elizabeth ultimately selected that team as well, recognizing their attentiveness to design and genuine passion for the project—qualities that clearly aligned with their own standards. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: while the photos of this space look incredible, the in-person experience is even more impressive. Image Studios locations are known for their ambiance and aesthetic, but the level of detail, care, and intentional design at this location truly sets it apart. Every element reflects a thoughtful and elevated approach that is immediately noticeable upon entering the space. Although our scope is contracted through the general contractor, Paul and Elizabeth consistently go above and beyond to stay involved and build strong working relationships with all trades. That level of engagement makes a significant difference and speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. They have been supportive in more ways than I can count and are incredibly easy to work with. It’s not uncommon to see Paul on-site lending a hand, working alongside others, or assisting with day-to-day needs. Elizabeth is equally engaged—always responsive, proactive, and willing to help however she can. Their hands-on approach, combined with their professionalism and care for both their space and the people involved, is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend this location enough. From the ownership and design to the overall experience and professionalism, this is a space where businesses can thrive and grow.
Image Studios St Johns is top of the line quality when it comes to not only the look and feel of the atmosphere, but the owners are amazing!! I toured the facility and held a spot for a future clinic and Elizabeth was sweet enough to hold it for longer than usual. Even though I chose a place closer to home, it was sure not for any negative reasons I could find. For a new small clinic start up it just made more sense financially and personally. If you enjoy being in a fun, aesthetic environment and looking to start or expand a business please give them a call!
I’m leaving this review because prospective tenants deserve to know about my experience before making a financial commitment to Image Studios. I rented a studio for approximately one month, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. During my time there, one of my clients became stuck inside my studio and was unable to get out. When I raised the issue, I was told that she was only stuck for “5 minutes and 20 seconds.” I’m honestly still confused as to why the exact number of minutes and seconds was the focus rather than the fact that a paying client was unable to exit the room. Whether it was 5 minutes or 20 minutes, that should never be something a client has to experience in the first place. The biggest issue came when I moved out. A significant portion of my deposit was withheld because I was told there were approximately $500 in damages. I was not provided with documentation, photographs, receipts, an itemized explanation, or any other proof supporting that amount. For context, I had only been in the studio for about a month. The only things I had used to hang items were basic thumbtacks and removable adhesive/sticky products. I expected that if $500 in damages were being claimed, there would at least be some documentation showing exactly what was damaged and how that amount was calculated. Instead, my request to have my deposit returned was refused. As a small business owner, I understand that leases have rules and that legitimate damages should be addressed. What I do not agree with is being charged hundreds of dollars without being provided clear documentation supporting the charge. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to ask very specific questions about deposits, move-out charges, documentation of damages, and how disputes are handled BEFORE signing anything. My experience was enough that I would not rent here again.
I have nothing but great things to say about Image Studios. The space is consistently clean, modern, and truly gives a luxury feel—for both business owners and clients. I absolutely love being here. From my initial tour through opening my suite, the owners (Paul and Elizabeth) have been incredibly supportive, responsive, and so easy to talk to. They’ve made the entire process feel seamless and there are so many perks that come with being an Image Pro. It’s honestly the perfect environment for solo entrepreneurs to grow, flourish, and build something special. I genuinely feel proud to bring my clients into this space.
So clean and elegant. I love all the chandeliers. I believe they have 38 suits almost all filled with Hair, Esthetician and Massage services. In one corner theirs a cute clothing boutique. If you have time come take a look it's really done well.
