Dr. Shugarman went above and beyond to see me for a second opinion and then set me up for a more thorough evaluation and follow-ups, including a referral to a surgeon. My previous assessment was minimal yet led to a much more aggressive and invasive treatment plan. I feel I was actually understood and properly supported by Dr. Shugarman and appreciate her knowledge, kindness, and care. From the beginning her staff has also been supportive, kind, and encouraging. She has changed my life at a very trying time and I will always appreciate that!
Dr. Shugarman is such an amazing and compassionate doctor. I was a patient who had been given the run around for months from so many different specialties and she told me from the beginning that she knew exactly what was wrong with me and could fix it because it was not anything new to her. 2 years and a couple months later and everything is all well and good. The entire care team is so great. The facilities and faculty are amazing, so much that we drove 1 hour plus to each treatment and office visit over these past 2 years. Working with this care group means that any of their locations are available for blood draws, hydration, or any other visits needed depending on your needs. I cannot recommend CSNF enough. I owe my life to the care team at the Neptune Beach location.
Dr. Shugarman is a very special doctor which is very hard to find for health care. She listens; she hears what I have to say, then allows me to be part of my own care. Very rare. Her kind and loving demeanor is so comforting. Her MA Molly is a perfect match for Dr. Shugarman. Molly is thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied to have her as my doctor.
I love Dr. Shugarman & the entire Neptune Beach office. They all work well together to provide great care. Dr.Shugarman is a very thoughtful, passionate doctor who is determined to deliver the best treatment possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
